GMJ Interiors provides Commercial Design Services for all size projects, whether a one person office or a 30,000 square foot building. GMJ Interiors ensures that each commercial environment they design projects their clients’ image and business philosophy to both their staff and clients. As well as creating a productive and enjoyable work environment.
GMJ Interiors provides finish and furnishing suggestions, but always works closely with their client’s Architect and Builder to insure all code requirements are met.
We work on a per hour basis of $ 100.00 per hour for all finish selections, versus on a per square foot price. We have structured our fees this way because not every project requires multiple selections. Some may only need 2 paint colors, 1 carpet and 1 laminate, which requires much less time than a same size space which wants intricate wall treatments, multiple floor design and elaborate cabinetry.
