• Staging Evaluation – We complete a through evaluation of the property with “Buyers Eyes.” As with establishing habits, it also only takes 27 days to no longer see the smug on the wall. During our evaluation we give you an honest and professional assessment from the curb to the back gate and complete a Staging Evaluation Worksheet where we review at least 15 items in each room. Depending upon the property’s size and condition, most Staging Evaluations are $ 200.00 for 2 hours.
• Furniture & Accessory Placement – With your furniture and accessories, we complete an arrangement in the focal areas of the house and create an environment that is inviting, which encourages your buyers to linger. We focus on the architecture features and selling points of the house and not your contents. We Stage the Property To Sell!
• Open House Spruce-Up’s – Just as you would clean or detail your car before selling it, we do a quick spruce-up so that the property will be at its showcase best for your open house.
• Photo & Video Arrangements – Before having the property photographed or video taped, we come in and set the stage so that your pictures and video represent the best that the property has to offer.
