GMJ Interiors offers a full range of interior design services to meet the needs of their clients. Whether they just need a few hours to select paint, want design ideas or help with designing their home from ground up, GMJ Interiors can provide the service. Our clients determine when they need our services and what services they need, not us.
All of our residential services are on an hourly basis of $ 100.00 per hour. We do not work on a cost plus when shopping or a percentage of sales, but provide our clients with any discounts that the retailers offer to the trade.
Before starting a large project we provide a proposal with the estimated number of hours anticipated based upon what are services our clients want. We customize our design services based on what works best for our clients and their budget. Some of our clients have the time and want to do some things themselves, others don’t or don’t want to. So during our initial appointment we discuss what works best for them.
Some of the interior design services we offer are:
Design Consultations – By the hour design consultations.
Colorization – Interior & Exterior color coordination of finishes.
Interior Finish Selections – Coordination of all interiors finishes from ground up. Such as: flooring, cabinets, counters, fixtures, wall treatments, paint and lighting.
Exterior Finish Selections – Coordination of all exterior finishes. Such as; paint, stone, roof tile and doors.
Review of Architectural Plans – Ensuring proper room size, function, design and layout.
Space Planning & Design – We’ll make sure what you buy will work and fit in your home
